Overview and Scope
These General Bonus Terms govern all Promotions and Bonuses offered by SUPERPH. Unless a specific Promotion specifies otherwise, the terms of the Promotion apply. In case of a conflict between the General Bonus Terms and Promotion Terms, the Promotion Terms prevail.
Eligibility and Account Integrity
Bonuses are available only to eligible players. Each promotion is limited to one offer per person, family, household address, email address, telephone number, IP address, current account number, payment method, or device. SUPERPH may refuse participation or withdrawals where identifiers indicate multiple accounts or non eligible activity. We reserve the right to refuse withdrawal to players using disposable email addresses. Only one active bonus is allowed at a time, and deposit bonuses are not cumulative.
Activation and Opt-In
Participation in promotions requires opt-in where applicable. To claim a deposit bonus, the player must make a minimum deposit of 20 USD unless otherwise specified in the Promotion Terms.
Wagering Requirements and Game Contributions
Wagering requirements apply to all bonus funds and any winnings derived from the bonus. Unless otherwise specified, wagering is 35 times the sum of the initial deposit and the bonus. Winnings from any free spins are subject to 40 times wagering. The contribution of different game types toward wagering is as follows: slots and Keno contribute 100 percent; table and card games contribute 0 percent; video poker contributes 0 percent; craps contributes 0 percent. Live Casino and Jackpot games are restricted while a bonus is active. Some games may be excluded or contribute 0 percent; the full list is defined in the Promotion Terms. Bets placed using bonus funds are counted toward wagering only after they are fully settled, and if both bonus funds and real money are used, wagering is counted against the combined amount.
Bonus Validity and Expiry
Bonuses are valid for 10 days from activation unless the Promotion Terms specify a different period. If the wagering requirements are not met within the validity period, the bonus balance and any winnings associated with the bonus are removed from the account. Promotions may set different expiry periods; the applicable Terms will specify the exact duration.
Balance Interaction and Cap
While a bonus is active, bets are funded from the Real Balance first. Bonus Funds are used only after Real Balance is exhausted or insufficient to cover the stake. There is a cap on withdrawable bonus-related funds equal to ten times the initial bonus amount. Any winnings above this cap are removed on withdrawal.
Withdrawals and Forfeiture; Cancellation
You may request withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements; in such cases the bonus balance is removed and only the Real Balance may be withdrawn. The bonus can be canceled at any time before wagering is met; the entire bonus amount and any winnings derived from the bonus will be removed. If you withdraw after meeting wagering requirements, withdrawals are processed under the applicable wagering terms.
Prohibited Conduct and Abuse Prevention
SUPERPH monitors for promotional abuse, including multiple accounts, fraudulent activity, or exploitation of offers. If abuse is detected or suspected, SUPERPH may cancel bonuses, confiscate winnings, suspend or close accounts, or take other actions as deemed appropriate. This includes actions to prevent manipulation of promotions and to ensure fair play.
Right to Modify and Final Decisions
SUPERPH reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion terms at any time. The final decision on any matter related to bonuses or promotions rests with SUPERPH and is not subject to negotiation.
Language and Version
The English version of the Bonus Terms, as published on the SUPERPH site, governs the relationship. Translations, if any, are provided for convenience and do not bind the parties. In the event of a discrepancy, the English version prevails.
